From checking in, door men, room service and the restaurant, especially and always by employee Adrian. We have been a customer for several years at Sofitel when visiting NYC.

I am very disappointed and won't be able to trust the team again. This time we were lucky enough to be offered a free upgrade which was most appreciated. Specifically, Amanda and her team were very accommodating, and remembered me from a visit from over 2 years ago. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback.

My only issues have always been the same no free water in the room, no turn down service and the lack of a nespresso type machine in the room. I will share your comments with Amanda and our team.
